Groups & Celebrations

Planning something with us? Birthday, baby shower, work outing, or just a gathering of friends — we'd love to host you, whatever the size. Here's how it works.

Groups of 16 or fewer

Book online as usual, then email us and tell us what you're celebrating. We'll set aside a picnic table for you and make sure there's space for your group. There's no extra charge — regular rates apply. We just love knowing when something special is happening in the garden.

Groups of 17 or more

Email us at fernsflowersgarden@gmail.com and we'll arrange it directly.

• 17–24 people: $30 per bouquet

• 25+ people: $25 per bouquet

Admission is included in the bouquet price. Anyone joining who isn't picking pays $5 admission.

We usually host groups during our regular open hours and set aside an area just for you. For something more exclusive, ask about booking a Monday, when we're closed to the public.

For everyone

Bring a lunch or snacks if you'd like — we just ask that visits stay under two hours and that you clean up after yourselves.

Booking & payment (groups of 17+)

Please give us at least one week's notice so we can prepare the garden and set aside space for you. Group fees are paid by e-transfer in advance, fully refundable up to 7 days before your visit. Within 7 days we can't offer a refund, but we're happy to move your booking to another date.

Weather

We're an outdoor garden, so we do run in light rain — bring boots and a raincoat and it's often lovely. If the weather turns genuinely unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge.
